Технические характеристики взрывозащищенных розеток

 

Взрывозащищенные розетки предназначены для использования в температурном режиме от -60°С до +55°С.  Разъемы розеток доступны для токов от 16 А до 125 А и для поперечных сечений подключения до 150 мм². Работать данные устройства могут при номинальном напряжении в пределах 50 В – 690 В.

Материалы, из которых могут быть изготовлены взрывозащищенные розетки, это полиамид, укрепленный стекловолокном и нержавеющая сталь. Данные материалы имеют хорошую коррозионную стойкость, их не разрушает солевой туман, химические вещества, такие как сероводород и пары соляной кислоты. Поверхность устройств характеризуется отличными антистатическими свойствами.

 

Особенности конструкции

 

Для безошибочного определения номинального напряжения, на котором может работать взрывозащищенная розетка, введена специальная цветовая маркировка.

Взрывозащищенная розетка состоит из следующих элементов: корпус, крышка, пакетный выключатель, блок контактный, болты заземления и заглушки.

Установить взрывозащищенные розетки можно в электрическом шкафу, на монтажном кронштейне, или на любой ровной поверхности.

Подключение силового кабеля осуществляется с помощью взрывозащищенного кабельного ввода для бронированного или небронированного кабеля.
