Фотозвіт. Виконано шеф-монтаж системи електрообігріву бункерів інженером нашої компанії
Специалисты компании ООО “Электро Групп” завершили проектирование, поставку и шефмонтаж системы обогрева бункеров на одном из предприятий Украины. Задача установленной системы электрообогрева – поддержание необходимой технологической температуры продукта. На бункерах смонтировано 840 м кабеля постоянного сопротивления ELKM-AG-L, производства компании ELTHERM (Германия). Общая мощность системы электрообогрева 19 кВт. Представляем Вам фотоотчет о проделанной работе.

 

Комплекс шеф-монтажних работ включал:

  • принятие оборудования, которое было поставлено на объект;
  • технические консультации и сопровождение (надзор) работ, которые выполнялись специалистами заказчика;
  • контроль качества выполненного монтажа;
  • проведение пуско-наладки оборудования;
  • проверка работы коммутационных аппаратов.

Кроме того, шеф-инженер провел обучение эксплуатационного персонала заказчика - ознакомил его с устройством и особенностями работы кабельного электрического обогрева.

Качественный шеф-монтаж позволил кардинально снизить риски ошибок при монтаже и пуско-наладке оборудования, выявил возможные неполадки еще до введения оборудования в эксплуатацию, что, в конечном итоге, способствовало повышению надежности работы системы электрообогрева.
